What is WINGS?


WINGS is the Working Interdisciplinary Networks of Guardianship Stakeholders. This core group is dedicated to improving the process of guardianship in Kentucky and safeguarding the rights of our citizens.

Educate the public about alternatives to guardianship and supported decision-making.
